As we get ready for a return to our “Normal Routine” and leave behind the busy days of the holidays, with the hustle and bustle of travel, special occasions and family get-togethers it’s no wonder we might feel a bit “Out of Sorts”.
Let’s face it. The Holiday season can be very stressful. It should come as no surprise we might feel muscle tension around our head, neck and shoulders.
